      How does SkyPoint Federal Credit Union protect my personal information?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.<\/p>\n

      How does SkyPoint Federal Credit Union collect my personal information?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      We collect your personal information, for example, when you<\/p>\n

      • open an account or give us your income information<\/li>\n
      • provide employment information or apply for financing<\/li>\n
      • show us your driver’s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.<\/p>\n

        Why can\u2019t I limit all sharing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Federal law gives you the right to limit only<\/p>\n

        • sharing for affiliates\u2019 everyday business purposes \u2013 information about your creditworthiness<\/li>\n
        • affiliates from using your information to market to you<\/li>\n
        • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          State law and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.<\/p>\n

          What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.<\/p>\n

          Definitions<\/h3>\n

          Affiliates<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. SkyPoint Federal Credit Union has no affiliates.<\/p>\n

          Nonaffiliates<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. SkyPoint Federal Credit Union does not share with our nonaffiliates so they can market to you.<\/p>\n

          Joint Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n

          A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include insurance companies.<\/p>\n

          Other important information<\/h3>\n

          Our Mobile App collects location data to enable SkyPoint\u2019s \u201cMy Feed\u201d and is used to provide advertising\/support ads even when the app is closed or not in use. We do not share location history or any other identifying information collected in our Mobile App.<\/p>\n

          Some features may request access to data located on the device used to access your account. This may include biometric, camera, contacts, and location data. You will be prompted to allow access to this data, and if access is not allowed, the feature requiring that data will not be fully functional.<\/p>\n

          In order to provide appropriate marketing campaign information, our Mobile App collects the following:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Location data is collected to provide location-based messages and interactions even when the application is closed or not in use.<\/li>\n
          • A random User ID is generated upon initial app access and used later during each marketing tool interaction. The User ID is used for identifying the user and for sending campaign information. The User ID is unique for each device and changes every time the application is re-installed.<\/li>\n
          • Product Interaction is a marketing tool used to track user application entry, exit and pages viewed within the application.<\/li>\n
          • Our marketing tools will collect your first name for product personalization purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
